Sweet and Spicy Pickle Recipe

Well, there is a big thumbs up for this double flavour pickle. You can enjoy this with any of your dishes whether it's vegetarian or non-vegetarian as it brings the dual flavour of sweet and spice together. Best thing is that you can carry this to anywhere along with you and its ready to eat immediately. This simple and easy pickle recipe takes maximum an hour to prepare and to enjoy. Ingredients Required :- Green Pepper (Grated) - 3 Cups Pickling Cucumber (Grated) - 3 Cups or 6 - 8 pickles Grated or minced Onion - 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 Cups Granulated Sugar - 1 Cup Kosher Salt - 1 Cup Mustard Seeds - 1 Tbsp Celery Seeds - ½ Tsp Red chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp Instructions to make Sweet & Spicy Pickle :- 1) First, take green pepper, onion and cucumber in a big non-reactive jar or pot. 2) Add Apple cider Vinegar (1 Cup) into the vegetables and cook them on the low flame. 3) Continue to simmer until the vegetables are properly cooked or the liquid reduce
